We ask that you please be patient with us as we assign your orders. What used to take less than a day to assign can now take up to four days. Given the unprecedented volume we are witnessing today, our appraisers are doing all they can to accommodate the growing demands being placed on them to provide fast, accurate appraisals for our clients.

We are adding new appraisers every day and actively reaching out to the real estate community seeking appraiser referrals to grow out nationwide network. Additionally, we are adding in-house staff to help keep lenders and appraisers informed and supported throughout the process.
